Canadian gun-control groups are expressing concerns over the federal government’s slow progress on its “assault-style rifles” ban, with one group suspecting the Liberals have “abandoned” their commitment to stricter firearm regulations. Tracey Wilson of the Canadian Coalition for Firearm Rights joined True North’s Andrew Lawton to discuss.

Canada's gun ownership is on the rise. I took my course and got my license last year. I've never been a gun person although i've never advocated for gun control. I now own 4 guns with intention of buying more. When i took my course it was tough finding a spot open as most places were full, and just barely got into the course and the instructors said that more people are getting their license than ever before. When i passed the course the instructor said my PAL would take an estimated 3-6 months because of how busy they are now, although i received it 4 days shy of 2 months. In all honesty, in 2020 i learned about WEF and all their plans for the world, and Justin Trudeau being one of them and them/him trying to ban guns all together made me get my firearms license. At least i now have a hunting rifle so when they want us eating bugs i have something to hunt with, no bugs for me

Licensed car owners break the road laws daily literally 100s of thousands a day, and yet no one talks about banning vehicles that these law breakers drive because common sense would dictate that banning cars would not make those left better drivers. So why does this common sense go out the window when it comes to guns?

It is funny about "new" firearms because Crusader Arms just announced a brand new rifle they are calling the Crypto that follows the laws it is designed specifically to only use 5 round proprietary made in Canada magazines that can only fit this firearm, but like other similar rifles it looks like a scary black rifle even tho it complies with every new Canadian law that has been put in since the ban and I would 1, 000, 000% guarantee that Polysoulent will go ape shit about this new 100% Canadian compliant rifle being marketed and she will call it an assault style rifle that circumvents the laws even tho it was designed completely to comply with the new idiotic laws
I cannot wait to see what Conservatives do when they get elected and can put common sense back into the government

Actually self defence laws in general need to be brought up to modern standards.
