The Israeli military released surveillance video showing what it claimed was Hamas leader Yehya Sinwar walking through tunnels beneath Gaza's Khan Younis with family members on Oct. 10. I am not a fan of military adventures but If you're to rate Yahya sinwar's military brilliance. I would say that you can't compare him to anyone in modern history. no military leader has driven a super power into panic, madness, hysteria and desperation the way he has done to Israel. even his enemies will admit he is a genius.

The IDF sharing a video of Yahya Sinwar in the Gaza tunnels wasn't meant for the Israeli public, but it was psychological warfare meant for Gazans, Sinwar, and even Ismail Haniyeh.

It was no coincidence that the IDF spokesperson's broadcast Tuesday night was delayed; it needed approval from multiple levels, all the way up to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

The message in the broadcast wasn't critical for us, the Israeli public, but for its intended audience: Gazans,  Yahya Sinwar, and even Ismail Haniyeh.
