If our justice system truly is equal, then Trump must go to jail, if found guilty. Trump has been given more consideration than any other defendant in our nation. It's time to hold citizen Trump accountable, and it's time for citizen Trump to pay the same penalty as any other convict.

Not in favor of having an ex President put in jail.? Anyone no matter their position if found guilty should be held accountable.

THERE IS a long list of people who have not only been arrested, but also sent to prison that were over the age of 70. REGARDLESS, crime and punishment do not have an age limit for the elderly.

He needs to go to jail for the security of the whole world. He is so dangerous.

He HAS to go to prison for all his crimes and corruption.
He has escaped justice for 50+ years, enough is enough.
He has to be stopped to send a message to others that abuse of the justice system and ignoring the law will not be tolerated by anyone.

If ppl continue the ridiculous notion that an ex US potus can't be put in prison is simply asinine and utterly nonsensical smdh 🤦🏾🤦🏾🤦🏾😡😡

Someone who is a criminal defendant should not be a candidate of any political party for any office of public trust. Plain and simple, end of discussion.

He should be put in jail immediately on arrival for blatantly breaking his gag order.

This man is a criminal and he must be held accountable for all his crimes!!!

Put him in jail for violating the gag order repeatedly. If there are no consequences, then the law is meaningless.

I am definitely in favor of putting him behind bars. He was never really a president. He was in the White House to grift as much as he could (which was substantial) and get out. He only tried to stay in to prevent going to jail for his MANY crimes.

This man said that "because trump was an ex-president, he should NOT go to jail." Why is an ex-president above the rules of sentencing? I totally disagree that an ex-president should not go to jail.

Why shouldn't a former president go to jail? Equal justice under the law, etc..

Even Stevie Wonder can see that Donald Trump is guilty

There is no doubt that convicting Trump in court and sentencing him to a prison term is the very definition of justice under the law, not a political persecution of any sort.

If he violates the gag order and nobody’s above the law. put him in jail just like you do everybody else.

If Trump doesn't insult your intelligence you probably don't have any !

If Micheal Cohen got three years, why not Trump? Further, shouldn’t his sentence be harsher because he is an ex-president? Part of those payments were made while he was in the Oval Office.

You wouldn't favor putting a criminal in prison!???? Isn't justice supposed to be blind? NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW!
