'Heard this diddie in the opening of 'Strange Nature' movie, and it was my favorite part of the film. I went back there 2 or 3 times-- just so I could hear this song... bluesy/grunge, with a folksy southern accent... Pure Americana!!!

This hit real hard. Made me think a lot about some people I had to cut out of my life and how that made me want to die. Being lost, overdosing, wondering why you didnt die. Feeling more rejected and alone that you could ever explain in a million years.
Welcome to serious clinical depression. This song gave a voice to feelings I didnt exactly know how to explain. This band killed it everytime I saw them. Glad they're doing well. They've earned it.

I first discovered this song about 3 weeks after my girlfriend left me and kicked me out, forcing me to move back home halfway across the country, to my hometown which I more or less fled in order to better myself and start life over.

I tell you, this song hits different when walking around your hometown that caused you so much pain at 2am after the bars closed.
