A crucial bridge between Russia and Crimea has been damaged in an apparent attack.

..it doesn't look like an "apparent attack", it looks more like an actual attack. PS the first "truck bomb" was also a marine drone that exploded under the bridge.

I despise the term punitive. This is a war of aggression. Ukraine has every right to strike whatever and whomever they wish in Russian territory. Russia cannot bomb civilians and cry foul when military targets in their territory are hit.
