If you love drafts but not the size this breed is perfect for you, with their average height being 14 to 15 hands. Vanners still have that cold blood from the draft making them calm and personable horses but need a little more motivation in moving in higher speeds to bring out their natural athleticism and endurance. They come in any color even soild, roan, appaloosa etc not just pinto.
This breed was originally bred to pull wagons but now they're also used in all disciplines. From dressage, western pleasure to even jumping.
