I understand what you mean and agree with your disposition towards drama, but this remark does the severity of this mishap injustice.

I'm not that uptight about the specifics of their response and compensation for the issue; everyone's mileage will vary, both those affected or not.
But the fact that they messed up the notice and *leaked everybody's emails* in an of itself is a massive blunder.
This isn't an enclosed issue that undermines the game experience, this is a universal business operational disaster that could harm players IRL.

I’m pretty sure it was a mistranslation error right? I saw that both the thing’s said “skill” in the weapon description so they (the players) were trying to overload or cheese it with calcharo even though it was not meant to say was falsely stronger than what was presented but I don’t remember what else was happening in between that I started jamming to the sephiroth theme when I accidentally pulled him (btw don’t take this as complete evidence always look into yourselves it’s just what I heard what was in the drama) also I feel like banning players for the description compensation is weird
