How To Wear And Use Lifting Grips.Increase your grip, lift heavier, and protect your hands. In this video we explain how to wear and use your Gymreapers lifting grips.

Figuring out your correct size should be the first step in the process. You don’t have to worry about the size of the grip pad because it’s a pretty standard size. The only size that matters is the circumference of your wrist. Measuring around the wrist bone will help determine the right fit so you can train properly without unnecessary snagging or stress.

The extra benefit of lifting grips is that they can be used for pulling and pushing motions. Once you have the straps securely around your wrist, you’re ready for both. For pulling (and lifting) movements, you’ll want to curve the grip portion into your palm as it wraps around the bar. This will allow you to quickly release the bar by simply letting go. For pushing motion, the grip pad should lay snug against your palm so you can benefit from the extra grip support.

Bought very similar pair. This is how I thought they were meant to be used but then saw so many using them the wrong way that I had to find someone to tell me the rigth way. Thank you. Now I know I wasn't the idiot beginner using them wrong :)

Just bought em im able to lift heavier then my grips been allowing me to for more reps hope these help

I hope you'll take the time to answer my question, because it's very important to me.

I have weak grip, and I'm afraid that I could drop the weight on myself.
Would a gripping strap help secure the weight in my hand?

Originally, I was going to buy some velcro to help me out...until I fou d out there was such a thi g as gripping straps.

You didn't show them in a deadlift demonstration. You used a hand to help the other hand, what about the other. How do you one-hand secure?
