CROCKPOT CHICKEN & VEGETABLES RECIPE

Today I'm going to show you how I make Crockpot Chicken & Vegetables. Grab your ingredients and cook along with me.
Ingredients you'll need:
• 6 - Boneless/Skinless Chicken Thighs (Cleaned)
• 2 - Cups Ready To Eat Baby Cut Carrots
• 4 - Cups Small Potatoes (Cut Into 1 Inch Pieces)
• 1 - Jar Aunt Nellies Whole Baby Onions -OR- (You Could Also Used 1 Cup Frozen Small Onions)
• 2 - 12oz Jars Chicken Gravy
• 1 1/2 Cups Frozen Sweet Peas (THAWED)
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
Instructions:
• Spray 3-4 quart slow cooker with cooking spray
• Place carrots & potatoes in crockpot
• Place chicken thighs on top of vegetables
• Sprinkle chicken with salt & pepper
• Pour both jars of gravy over top
• Cover - Cook on high for 4 hours -OR- Low for 8-10 hours - Stirring occasionally
• Stir in Peas after initial cooking time
• After peas have been added, cook for an additional 45 minutes on high setting or until peas are tender
