Instant Almond Burfi
Ingredients :
Almond Flour - 1 cup
Condensed Milk - 3/4 cup
Ghee - 2 Tablespoons
Saffron - Little
Milk - 1 Tablespoon
Cardamom Powder - 1/4 Teaspoon
Crushed Almonds - 2 Tablespoons
Procedure
1. Add Ghee - 1 Tablespoon to pan
2. Add Almond Flour and stir for 3 minutes
3. Add Condensed Milk , Saffron milk , Cardamom powder
4. Mix Well and keep stirring until mixture thickens , and starts to separate from pan ( on low medium flame - take 5 minutes)
5. Add Ghee & Mix Well
6. Grease hands with ghee and make into small balls and gently press )
7. Garnish with chopped almonds.

Quick and Easy Almond Katli with Almond Flour
Recipe :
Ingredients :
1. Almond Flour - 1 cup & 1/4 cups ( 1+1/4 cups)
2. Sugar - 1/2 cup
3. Water - 1/4 cup
4. Ghee - 1 Tablespoon
5. Saffron - pinch ( optional )
Procedure :
1. Add Sugar, water, Saffron,Ghee into the pot , and mix well
2. Close the lid and set vent into sealing position
3. Set Time :
Manual - 4 minutes
Pressure - HIGH
Release - Quick Release
4. Immediately Quick Release , then when pressure is released, open the lid .
5. Add Almond flour and mix well till it forms a dough
6. Let it slightly cool down ,almond dough just for 5 minutes
7. Place parchment paper and transfer almond dough , place another parchment paper on top of the almond dough and press this and roll with rolling-pin .
8. Adjust thickness according to your choice
9. Cut diamonds or squares.
10. Let it dry for 10 minutes.
Store in air tight container .

Badam Halwa
Ingredients :
1. Sugar - 1/4 cup
2. Milk - 1/4 cup
3. Almond Flour - 1 cup
4. Saffron - pinch
5. Ghee - 3 teaspoons
Procedure :
1. In a pan , add sugar, milk, saffron , almond flour and mix well
2. Add Ghee and stir well
3. Stir until halwa begins to leave the sides of the pan
4. Add one more teaspoon ghee and garnish with nuts
