In this video, I discuss the reasons why they are spying on your social media pages. Does an ex, or ex-crush, watch all of your Instagram and Facebook stories? Do they like all of your posts on social media? But they don't contact you? Today we go into a few reasons why they might be doing this AND what to do in this kind of situation. Obviously, this depends on your situation! They might be doing it for all of these reasons, or perhaps a different reason entirely - unfortunately there is no way of knowing for sure without being a mind-reader.
