Unreal Engine Python: Automate Virtual Camera Setup.

This python script automates the following steps,
- Activates the Live Link plugin
- Activates the Virtual Camera plugin
- Activates the Remote session plugin
- Sets frame buffer pixel format to, 8bit RGBA
- Gets ip address
- Enables UDP Messaging transport to true
- Sets the Unicast endpoint
- Inside live link it grabs my remote session
- Spawn a virtual camera into the world
- Sets camera to Is active
