Listening to what Baker said, when he first said it, I took it as the Bucs are expected to be shit because Brady is gone and Baker is coming in off a bad season as well so there are some people not having fun coming off superbowl/Playoffs with Brady so at that point so they said "be yourself and lets get everyone having some fun again"

The GOAT spoke. Get some rings baker, I’m sure it feels great. It’s also interesting that this happened in Tampa because Tampa is more of a party city than people give it credit for. The whole city is relaxed… it doesn’t have the reputation of being a tough city like Detroit, or Philadelphia, places like that, and I think that’s a real thing when it comes to sports teams a lot of time they will take the identity of their city. Patriots in their they were known for being smart, the Boston Red Sox as well, and Boston and the entire state of Massachusetts, very educated place, lots of universities in corporations, etc. So it doesn’t surprise me that the players in Tampa are generally relaxed, loose, not extremely serious. Football isn’t everything to them the way it was to Brady.
