i have iphone 11 and i reset my phone so i went to login to my Apple id and it asks for a 2 factor authenfication and that the code is sent to my phone number and i don't have another phone that i share the Apple id with so i don't know where the code is sent to so where should i find it?

Hello mam,
I forget my phone passcode so i reset my phone. But now i remember the apple id but not
password. So i went to a shop.they applied a new apple id recovery through the Computer and then gave 12 days for the verification code.during the 12 days, there was a code. Now after this code came, i did not enter the code. So please tell me how to enter that verification code😢

I don’t remember my old phone number and I can’t get back into my account without it so what do I do ?

At beginning I made my account through my old number
Then I changed the number
I also updated the number on my apple account
But still I don’t know why the two factor authentication code goes to old number?
I also checked my number on settings and it’s the new one but I’m not getting the code in it
This happens to me while I’m trying to update my apps
