At a digital agriculture industrial park in Laixi City of east China's Shandong Province, a technician is flying a remote sensing drone to comprehensively monitor the emergence and growth of nearly 10,000 mu (667 hectares) of wheat.

In recent years, the city has established a smart agriculture platform and adopted a new model that combines online and offline capabilities.
