Worst Experience - Wyndham Lake Buena Vista Disney Springs (Resort & Garden Room Tour) Disney World

I have never in the history of this channel never gave such a bad review of a hotel or have ever said I would never return, but here we are and it may be for reasons you may not expect.
I am giving you a full tour of the hotel with explanation of benefits and how the buses work. I will talk to you about the benefits of staying here and the downfalls. I'm going to show you a tour of a Garden Room (which is the cheaper option). And finally explain to you what happened after I stopped filming at 2am and why I will personally NEVER return to this hotel due to the treatment by their staff.

I’m so sorry you had this experience here !! I stayed here and absolutely loved it but I did stay in a tower room . I think the tower room is a little more “hotel style” while the garden rooms are a bit more “motel style”

you should have taken the clip to the same security guard that banged on your door. I love how honest you are and not fake like some people are.

My daughter and I stayed there a couple of years ago and we had problems also. We stayed in the Garden Sunset area. The keycard they gave me at check in did not work. When I returned to the check in desk, the clerk was very rude and told me I probably put it in my wallet near the magnet. I did not, it was in my hand the whole time. Just to note, the people in the room 2 doors down from us also had a bad keycard. The 2nd key card did work. Our room door was also bent and hard to open and close as if someone tried to break into it before. We did not have a bug problem and I do agree that the pool area is the best part of the hotel. We ate at the pool bar and the food was good.

I got this hotel during Covid on Priceline for $40/night. It's super close to Disney Springs (closer than Saratoga Springs) and it 'worked' - I had a bed, shower and coffee maker.

I love the detail dedication and work that you put in all of your videos. How they going to report you and then make more noise than you. People selfish sometimes. I don't like adjoining rooms either that happened to me too. I could hear everything. Smh.

As far as the buses go, the Saratoga springs buses are about a 5 minute walk so that would be a better option than taking a Disney springs bus to another resort!

Wooow the NY in me just got pissed! I would never stay here (wasn't considering anyway) but I feel for you I cant believe u went through that! My friend has timeshare thru them and stays there when in WDW. I never asked if they like their stay but this turned me all the way off. I booked a stay at the Swan in the fall will be my first time at a Non Disney run resort.

I would be scared to death if someone banged on my door like that in the middle of the night. Definitely would never stay there!

Pretty much all the "resorts' in the area pitch time shares all the time it feels like. Can't believe they banged on your door like that. I will never stay there either, yikes on those thin walls. Thank you for the video!

If it’s any consolation, I’ve heard that the walls of the grand Floridian are also too thin. I don’t know if they have ever fixed this problem. So file this under it could have been even worse (or at least, way more expensive).

Ouch I'm so sorry Demi if I was in your position there I would feel the same way scary they should give you you're money back I hope you have a better experience next time you stay somewhere anyway thanks for showing and reporting back to us on this place

I always request no connecting room for security and sound proofing. For the most part the request is honored and it usually helps with noise. I also find bugs can be an issue with exterior doors. I remember having an issue if I wasn’t careful when opening the door at night during my stay at Disney’s Caribbean Beach.
