It depends on prise, if its $ 1 or low prise eith all rehabe costs exclud, its ok then you know what you are buying 😊

So weird that that’s even a thing… of course have it inspected first. I get it though…. If it’s cheaper than cheap… risk management comes into consideration.

You can add anything you want, but the owner can sell it with the person who has the money to buy it.

No, AS IS the most HONEST way of doing business. The buyers can bring their own inspection if they want and you can make it a condition during negotiations. I have done it over 200x . The owners do not like that condition then its an indication that there is more issues with it than they are letting on.

I buy 100% from the actual owners themselves and kick out these vultures called "real estate agencies" ( most of them are in business to f*ck over their clients 99% of the time anyway) and give the owners extra $. For example if a house with large land around it is listed by real estate for 599 000 about 38 000-95 000 of that 599 000 are for the "real estate agency" "work".LOL talk about a ripoff
