I loved A Man Called Ove, but I am a huge Pixar Up fan. Ove reminded me so much of Carl. I think that is why I loved it so much. :)

I will say ACOWAR is the best out of the series! I felt the same as you about the first 2 books but the 3rd was way better

I read Wild Love the other day and will be diving into Wild Eyes later this week! This series feels like a 5 star series for sure, I'm addicted!

Also, I didn't like ACOTAR at all. I'm not much of a fantasy reader BUT! I read The Fourth Wing and Iron Flame (both audio) in September and LOVED IT!! Such a fun read and the dragons are so cool!!
