Is there different types of boba pearls? I remember they asked me what kind of pearls I wanted and I was confused when they said that so I ended up with no pearls

I see the Coco tea website says that all drinks are gelatin free, but does that include all the toppings? I'm curious to try the pudding topping but worried it has gelatin in it 😭
