My grandmother used to buy the ribbon candy for us at Christmas time when we were children in the 80s and 90s. It was a lot thinner than the version you have because it felt like glass breaking in your mouth. I loved it. Thank you for the nostalgia!

The Dubai chocolate bar is from an actual store in Dubai, the original anyway and at first, you could only get it there so a lot of people started making their own versions. The knafeh in the chocolate refers to the little pastry things that remind me of like short bits of hay. There's no cheese in the chocolate bar version but it is mixed with a pistachio cream butter stuff. Also, I'm old enough to be your mom 😂 and I remember that ribbon candy from my childhood and we considered it to be like Grandma and Grandpa candy because a lot of our grandparents used to have it out in a dish during the holidays with these other holiday hard candies. Hi hope, love your videos, they are a much needed break in my day. I'm a pastry chef and just wanted to let you know about the edible glitter. We do use that in pastry but it's just a very thin dusting, just small amounts to highlight. Like it takes me a year to go through one small pot of glitter. FDA approval was done many many years ago with the assumption people's average consumption is so small that it technically is safe, so this was before it got trendy and everyone started consuming in mass. Those ingredients are the exact same ingredients in your eyeshadows, just eye shadow has more ingredients. Also often the spray edible glitters contain aluminum, which again is approved with assumption a person consumes very little in their lifetime. So please just be careful to not consume too much, there's no official research on what over consumption of edible glitter does, and I don't want people accidentally being guinea pigs to find out.
