I mean, exercise-induced injury is definitely a real thing. My GF's friend sprained her ankle and refused to take any time off, so she just kept running on it. Now it's permanently damaged and will require surgery if she every wants a shot at having a healthy ankle again.

Saying my dad can beat up your dad over planks is pretty ridiculous some of our dads fought in wars and were martial artists their whole lives. Humble yourself. I almost gave you a taste of humble pie once. Fitness will not magically give you fighting abilities. Food for thought.
