Great job, it would be nice to be able to see a video on the old Otron solar from the 70s, as far as I know the original module was used by many builders. If you have news it would be nice to have a video dedicated to these models. Thanks.

I love Orient too, have the music alarm, the digi ana, the memory text. With the same you have in brown, I could rescue the display and 2 buttons it lacked, but it is fixed in time 12:00. Changed crystal and nothing. Any idea? Thanks.

I have a 70s watch that uses an OTRON module with a solar panel, but a standard sr391 was indicated as a battery. Does this mean that the panel does not recharge but only directly feeds the clock during the day? The watch works also without battery inside if exposes to the sun light. In this case what type of battery could be used?

Are You staying with original bracelet or trying something wild like nato/strap/crocodile skin? Latelly I was given eurochron from 80's and I'm thinking about strap as current one is chipping with strands. It will be "pimping my old GDR comrate" :D
