The Headless Boss Fight: 02:22
The Headless are large, pale-bodied apparitions with no head, from which they get their namesake, wearing only a fundoshi. They wield a large glowing purple blade which they use to attack.
The Headless are highly resistant to normal blades and the most efficient way to kill a Headless is by using a Divine Confetti which will allow your blade to harm them for a significant amount of damage. The Headless surround themselves with a black mist that stops those near them from sprinting or dashing, this can be dispelled by attacking them consecutively and dealing enough damage with a Divine Confetti empowered blade. Their attacks and abilities inflict the Terror status.
This is a step by step walkthrough of Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice. In this video series I'll be showing you guys how to approach this game in an easy & simple manner considering it's difficulty level. This series will be extremely helpful & informative in terms of understanding the gameplay, story and combat mechanics of the game. We shall also be discussing the dos & don'ts while facing the bosses/mini-bosses. Also stay tuned for the upcoming videos and enjoy the show.
As soon as we enter the arena, the Bull breaks his shackles and charges aggressively at Sekiro. The animal will attack anyone on his path indiscriminately. The Bull is capable of performing the Charge Slam attack, Side-to-Side Swing attack, Dash attack. The Bull attacks continuously, with no clear time to attack. Waiting for the bull to stop for a breather won’t work, so we must take advantage of the short time between each move. We should try to stay behind and attack him whenever we gets an opportunity.
Shinobi Firecracker can be used to easily scares the beast, opening him up for further attacks. The Mist Raven can also be employed to escape safely in a hit-and-run tactic that focuses on damaging the head of the Bull. Attacking the head will deal way more damage to his Vitality and Posture than hitting any other part of his body.
Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice is an action-adventure game developed by
FromSoftware and published by Activision. The game follows a shinobi known as Wolf as he attempts to take revenge on a samurai clan who attacked him and kidnapped his lord.
The gameplay is focused on stealth, exploration, and combat, with a particular emphasis on boss battles. It takes place in a fictionalized Japan set during the Sengoku period and makes strong references to Buddhist mythology and philosophy.
