अव्यक्तं व्यक्तिमापन्नं मन्यन्ते मामबुद्धयः । परं भावमजानन्तो ममाव्ययमनुत्तमम् ॥२४॥

avyaktaṁ vyaktim āpannaṁ
manyante mām abuddhayaḥ
paraṁ bhāvam ajānanto
mamāvyayam anuttamam

Unintelligent men, who do not know Me perfectly, think that I, the Supreme Personality of Godhead, Krsna, was impersonal before and have now assumed this personality. Due to their small knowledge, they do not know My higher nature, which is imperishable and supreme.

The Personality of Godhead cannot be understood simply by study of the Vedānta literature. Only by the mercy of the Supreme Lord can the Personality of the Supreme be known.

People surrendering to impersonal form: Never understand the higher nature of God. Thinks that personal form comes from impersonal form. Only by devotional service one can understand the Lord. The proprietor of impersonal form, Shankaracharya himself praises the form of God.

Hare Krishna. When one is fully engaged in krishna consciousness(chanting and devotional service), then only one can understand supreme personality of godhead. Krishna is eternal and remains same always. But less intelligent people worship the impersonal form. Of lord and pass vague comments.
