Been to CBs across the US dozens of times over the past 30 yrs. ALWAYS very good food and excellent staff!!

Cracker Barrel is amazing. My go to is chicken fried chicken, white gravy, fried apples, mac and cheese, and hash brown casserole

Cracker Barrel is one of the few sit-down restaurant chains I really like. Consistent quality every time and it's all good. Their Haddock meal with some dumplings and green beans was my favorite but I think it got removed.

The hash brown casserole is the MOVE lol. The fried chicken, chicken fried steak, catfish, ANY breakfast item...or you get the side sampler with some baked apples...ooh wee! 🎉😅❤

i just went for the first time about a month ago. got the country fried steak with gravy, eggs and fried apples on the side. along with biscuits and gravy. ofcourse it wasnt super gourmet or anything but i think thats the point. just straight forward, classic southern food. the interior and shop is iconic, classic and charming too. thats why i love it.

Cracker Barrel SLAPS! Sitting in the rocking chairs is always nice and so is exploring the gift shop. You can be a young person and have an old person experience before being seated and eating. 😆
