Ironman South Africa 2021 Champion | My Hardest Ironman Yet | Post Race Reflections | Ruth Astle

I'm back with my thoughts after Ironman South Africa. It was without doubt my hardest Ironman to date, but happy I fought through. Congrats to all the finishers on such a tough day, and thanks to Ironman for a great race.
I've taken the footage from the Ironman feed, make sure you watch it next time we're racing, it's great to see such amazing coverage.
