Arlon (black) vs me (red) with our greatswords for a melee duel! He's using his grand falchion and I'm using my executioner sword. Both weight about 6.5lbs, and that gets heavy fast.

100% understand this is not based on actual medieval warfare but sometimes I can’t help but wonder if there ever was a knight, mercenary warrior, or whoever that just found a vaguely sword-shaped piece of metal in some blacksmith’s scrap pile that was dull enough to be a blunt weapon and just go “Fuck it, this’ll work. Just needs a handle.”

the guy in all silver actually has MAJOR skill ‼️ not only is he smaller then his opponent in a brute fight but he was able to parry and disarm him with ease 🔥

imagine the balls it must have took to actually do this in actual combat, at least bullets have the potential to be instant, imagine the fear people must have felt after getting entangled in a fight and slowly realizing that you are going to lose and you cant run away
