How to fix "LoadLibrary failed with error 126" in windows

there are some easy steps:

1. go to start menu and type CMD
2. Run cmd as administrator
3. pase or type following code
that's it.

To solve this problem:
so easy also work to fix: loadlibary failed with error 126 +phoshop cc
go to device manager--> display adaptor --->right click on Intel(R) HD Graphics 630--> disable
that's all
