I'm 46 years old and I'm loosing my lower Left cuspid, it's really loose and I think I need a dental implant, I'm not diabetic and I don't smoke...

I am 70 yrs old and have sjorgrens syndrome therefore my teeth have deteriorated ( i have 2 bridges and 3 crowns already) but probably need implant assisted full dentures ...what is your advice please and do they remove all teeth qnd put in implants at the same time? Does it get done under general anaesthetic or local?

Im 28 using brackets for 2 years already and Im missing a Tooth but the hole is little bigger and the bone is too thin my dentist told me that they have to restore bone before putting the implant and I haven’t seen the price yet but I have an other option is tho remove 2 tooth one from each side of the lower teeth and one more from the left side of the upper teeth because the missing one is on the right upper side, but if I remove those tooth I’m afraid that my face shape will change for bad and I don’t want to ended having a worse face shape
What would you recommend me ?
