Broke people try to look rich and rich people trying to look poor. Because if you really have it, you do not have to flaunt it, Good video!

I never owned a car. Took public transportation, which is financed by my company and walking where I want to go. Cheers!

When stunting goes wrong, lol. At my old apartment, the repo man was constantly taking people's cars, 🤣🤣

Same goes with jewelry and clothing! They cost so much and it’s a depreciating asset. Thank you for giving me that term “depreciating asset”

Just had a conversation with my friends son about him buying his first car. Your car should be overall 10% of your net (not gross). That’s gas, insurance, note and maintenance included. Just do the math, you know what you can buy.

My rule of thumb is, if you can’t buy the car 3 times you can’t afford it. Saved my money and bought my camaro this year put 7k down it’s a 20k car. If you live below your means save and invest you can get what ever you want tbh just takes patience 🤷🏽‍♂️

Great video… currently in escrow for a duplex in California. Already have two single family homes, one in Cali the other in Ohio (no mortgage) both are rented out. I live in an apartment in Cali and drive a 2014 accord that’s paid off. The best part, non of my coworkers know, my family doesn’t even know about the duplex. Living well below my means 🥰

Could’ve bought my dream car last March but instead I took Your course and closed on my first property. Not even a full year later and the property is up 20k in appreciation and rents in this area is the highest increasing area of all Orlando, FL (My city). Probably gonna have to book a call to talk about getting my second deal soon! Thanks so much for the knowledge and experience you pour on this channel. No one else does that!!

Unfortunately Imagery controls minds. Ppl want the perception of being “rich” because there’s glory in it. If you’re looked at as average then some will look over you. It’s so sad how society operates.

I agree completely. Me and my husband are immigrants, we came to US 3 years ago about at the same time that another couple (our friends). I never will understand why people buy expensive cars while can spend this money on a good house, rental property, education, investments or if they are really rich - donate the money for kids in poor countries. Anyway, what I am trying to say is that in 3 years we have our first rental property in US and our friends have a newest Porsche and Mini Cooper (with a loan of course). Many people in US don't count their money and even don't care about their regular expenses and don't know how much they spend in a month, but want to show how rich they are by buying newest cars. When we were buying our rental property we talked with several realtors and all of them were driving newest Mercedes-Benz, but were renting apartments (while they have access to all the listings and can buy a really good property). That is so sad. Thanks for this video, will wait for your next videos and welcome to my channel

I use the electric bike for now to get around my town which is about 30 miles south west of Pittsburgh. I cannot use the bike on the highway but I can use it on two lane roads within my city of Weirton

If my city had good public transportation; I would have never purchased a car. I’m so cheap at the moment. All I think about is investing and how get more money to invest.

James 1:14 But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed.
James 1:15 Then when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death.

In other words, we let our desires make us make bad decisions
