Today I'm setting up my first monthly in my new bullet journal for July, with a calming, peaceful lake vacation theme! I'm so excited for this trip and setting up my bujo with this theme was the perfect way to keep that excitement going :)

What does your channel name mean? I picked "Plant Based Bride" for my blog when I started it back in 2015 as I was starting the process of planning my vegan wedding and wanted to document it. I have been vegan for 8+ years and married since 2016!
What's your real name? Elizabeth
Where are you from? I'm a Canadian from Toronto, Ontario.
Are you a natural redhead? No, I'm naturally a brunette. I dye my hair using Herbatint 8R.
What nail polish are you wearing? Pistachio from Cirque Colours!

I loved this setup, Elizabeth! The colours and shapes give such a peaceful and serene vibe, absolutely loved this more blocky style! Definitely reminds me of vintage posters a bit! I hope you have a wonderful vacation with your family! And such a clever idea to mix in the paynes gray in with the gouache, it added such a lovely desaturation to the colours. That shade is one of my go-tos as well whenever I'm painting, it works great for mixing shadow tones as well.
