Or you can do long division of 11201 by 21 (that is 7 in base 3).

11201 = 21*200+ 1
200 = 21*2 + 11

so 11201_(3) = 241_(7)

46 base 7 is 50 - 1 so I did it by (50 - 1) x 12. I found that easier. There's always more than one way to fry an egg.
