Have been used Eevee for the past 5 years ( since the first time since I used Blender ), all of that was because at that time my GPU sucks and I had no money. And yes, until now I still don't have the money to buy a new GPU or a new PC 🥲🥲🥲, but luckily my vocational school facilitated it and also a good friend who are there to lend me their laptop for my project if it is urgently needed... So with this new EEVEE, my life is so turbulent! 🔥🙌

Note that Fast GI Approximation is a purely UI change.
Threshold is a rename of Max Roughness, and turning Fast GI Approximation off is exactly the same as setting Max Roughness (now Threshold) to 1.0. This change was mainly made so it's more clear how it works.

Iam using blender 4.3 alpha and i cant find light linking or shading tab in visibility menu for Eevee, its only available in cycles right not, should i get 4.2?

but even if we have baked the textures they still receive light right? do you mean to disable them with light linking after? or to put the in emmisive shader?

I know at least on my machine rendering scenes is pretty close now on both engines because Eevees gotten slower and cycles has gotten faster.

muito bom, desde o remodelamento total da interface na versão 2.8 agora é ver o que tem debaixo do capô, comecei no 3Ds Max e migrei para o Cinema 4D, por economia larguei tudo e fui para o Blender e cada nova versão mais e mais vejo que tomei o caminho certo, ótimo vídeo, parabéns, haaa e ótima animação
