Lapras is probably the pokemon we have seen the most taking care of their children which is far smaller and sometimes even a slightly different blue.

Lazuri, Lapras was thought to have no Evolutionary forms, but due to new finding in their migratory patterns we have found the single beach on a uninhabited island where lapras lay their eggs. We are working on protecting the island as poachers are a major threat.

I always thought pinsir needed something. In the gen one dex, it is between electabuzz and magmar, which both got baby forms and evolutions. While it did get a mega, I feel it should’ve gotten a baby.

What I like about Lazuri, is that it could so easily be fit into Lapras' known lore. Since Lapras is stated to be going existict, the existience of Lazuri could be used to show that the lapras population is slowly on the rise again. I think that's nice :)

Lazuri is adorable and would be very popular. Moomilf and Tangerm would make the most sense, as there was going to be a pre-evolution to Tangela, and there should be a pokemon that connects Miltank and Tauros.
