Hi sir, I'm in a dilemma now. I was a below average student in my entire academics. I understood what was the reason of that and I want to prove myself I can do something in my life. I started preparing civil service last June, i feel some improvement in polity and economics.

The reason for my confusion is recently I had met some of my friends who are much brighter than me also one person rank holder and they are also preparing for CSE. They haven't cracked prelims yet. This cause me doubts in myself whether I can crack this or not? They are brighter than me, they are going for big coaching institutes also they have been preparing for last 2-3 years but they haven't cracked it yet. After talking with them my mind keep insisting me to give up and telling this is an herculean task. How can I overcome these kind of demotivation and pulling back?
