In this lesson we focus on how to find the mean, (also known as the average), the median, and the mode. The mean of a group of n numbers is the sum of the numbers divided by n. The median is found by arranging the numbers in ascending order and then choosing the middle number when the total quantity of numbers is odd, or the mean of the middle two numbers when the total quantity of numbers is even.

I have never heard of a "mean average". Its either called the mean or the average. The terms mean the same thing. As far as the specific question at hand, if you email it to me, I can send you the correct answer, or make a quick video for you. It's difficult to assess the problem with that limited amount of information.
