I love that Stephen let Lin speak at length without interjection and then just chimed in with a lovely remark at the end. Good interview!

I believe Hamilton's exact quote was, "This is the wettest hurricane from the standpoint of water." Truly moving words.

He’s literally called “Mad King George” over here, so not much reaction to him being disrespected, no.

When Lin said "Took up a collection".... I immediately said in my head "just to send him to the main land"

"It's a rewrite!" Lin is so funny, we need to protect him at all costs.

The "ooo" that we Brits make at the affair reference is just appreciating the scandalous nature of it. Plus its a theatre, we react for show.

My friend saw Hamilton in London and the people next to her said

“OMG I wonder if this is a true story?”
And the guy next to the women who said this said

“OMG yeah it would be crazy if it was real!”

i saw hamilton in london about a month ago. my biggest fear going in was that i was so used to the original cast's voices, especially lin's, from listening to the soundtrack for more than two years. as soon as each person opened their mouths, all those worries flew out of the window and never came back. they were so fantastic!! i honestly immediately fell in love with jamael westman (who plays hamilton). if you have a chance to see it, don't be scared it won't compare. the west end company are phenomenal.
