Blackout Searching

Sheriff's Department diver conducts tethered searches in a pool while wearing a black out mask. Practicing skills is critical for divers performing Public Safety Diving. Here the diver locates the object (a training gun) and signals the tender he's located an object. The diver marks the object with a surface marker buoy, while maintaining his position in the water and control of the tether.
