im using a dell windows 7 laptop and it is taking for ever to download !

and mine didnt have the installer on my desktop for me it says welcome to bluestacks over 5 billion downloads and counting...and it's been "installing: for a fricken hour now

failed to install bluestack. thats the only msg it gives..first while installing i was getting the net. framework problem..i solved it by downloading net framework which is compatable with bluestack.now while installing its giving this new problem.pls help
