Yeah, nothing on that works for me, I do all that it said and my computer says: "Something is wrong, error code -26", they then proceed for me to check FAQs and details but that didn't have any use for the issue that I am having. The other versions used to work for me on my other computer but now, comparing to all that I have to research just to make it work, it's like I need to go get a degree for it.
