3:19 our grandparents do that in greece too. I remember always being disappointed as a child when opening the box only to find sewing material instead of cookies . After a few times I would recognise this cookie box as a sewing kit and be surprised if there were actual cookies there .

I'm Indian 🇮🇳, But I Have Been To Several Latin American Countries (Mostly, Peru, Chile And Mexico), And When I Was There The People There Had Very Similar Traditions To Indians And Other South Asians, Such As Putting Sewing Kit Things In The Box Of Cookies, Being Possessive Of GFs And BFs, Terribly Pronouncing Foreign Brand Names, And Eating Fruits With Chili Powder Or Chaat Masala (Tajin Of South Asia). And After Watching This Video, I Related To Almost Of All Of The Clips.
