The Draupnir Spear is a fine weapon fit for the God of War, Kratos. The spear is the first weapon a Spartan learns to master, and when Kratos is presented with the new Draupnir Spear, he is more than ready to use it.

The Leviathan Axe, to carry on the memory of the woman who tempered and loved him and whom he loved in return.
The Draupnir Spear, willingly forged to protect those he cherishes, chief among them his own son, like a true Spartan.

When you think of the long, bloodied journey that brought Kratos to this point, those heroic tones in this track hit that much harder.

This theme hits all the way harder when you've at the very least played God Of War 3 and seen his journey from an anti-hero to a pure hero. From a vengeful warrior to a wise General. I had chills this entire scene and was grinning ear-to-ear during this whole sequence.
Hats off, General Kratos.

I remember playing Ghost of Sparta, and having the Shield and Spear, this was just incredible to add into the game, and most of the movesets came from it too. Love Draupnir a lot, GOW LOVE BABY!!

Lots of low tones, a steady rhythm, Kratos' leitmotiv, booming drums... a perfect theme for the perfect Spartan weapon.

In the song Revenge and Redemption, Kratos is described as a shield bearer and wielding a spear.
