I literally never had trouble flipping fish.
Just dont turn it 5 times while cooking, when you turn it once make sure that side is done. That's the best advice i can give.

Reverse the process. Sear then broil on high about two minutes to get the full flavor and surface caramelization 😊

Or just get the pan screaming hot, butter in, fish skin side down. Once the edges are properly browned you can safely flip it without the skin sticking.

Then just a bit more butter, lemon, maybe a dash of white wine and drop the heat to let it gently finish off

i prefer this method. Way easier to clean than always trying to get a sear. I swear Westerners are so obsessed with getting a sear. I prefer actually seasoning your food well and pairing it with great sauces/condiments.

My family have generations of trawlermen experience, my go to simple method is to coat the fish in seasoned flour, pan fry it and flip it. Squeeze some lemon on it and tuck in!
