Seeing this now makes me cry as 2 months ago was my nan's funeral. She died from her heart ripped apart in surgery and the thing is I was going to make her a chocolate cake or some cookies when she got out of the hospital. So a message to everyone to spend the most time with people as they could be gone the next day.
