It’s about moderation, I like one squeezy bottle with plain oil and maybe one empty bottles the occasional decoration on something.. but yes I know what you mean I worked in some restaurants where they have 100 squeezy bottles with every kind of oil infusion you can think of then different soya sauces etc (list is endless) and I don’t like Working in such a palaver
