hi, can you tell me how to make USB bootable with windows 7 on windows platform for macbook

how to boot usb for "windows macbook", and install a fresh "windows 7" on that macbook?
because in my case, bootable usb is not shown in bootmenu after pressing "option/alt" key.

Does this work to install macos too? I accidentaly formatted my ssd and now I can’t install macos back on and I wanted to ask if this method would work

On my MacBook 2009, with a puppy linux Live CD in, I turned it on and held down the Option key, only the Macintosh HD and Recovery HD icons appeared until I clicked the Macintosh HD, then a Windows CD and an EFI Boot CD icon appeared. I let it boot into Puppy Linux to check it out. It seemed to work OK. I rebooted and did the same procedure again and all 4 icons appeared.

While i select cd drive my appears . Select CD-Rom Boot type. In this keyboard not works

For me the USB is not showing up in the boot screen but in Disk Utility its there
