Thanks a lot for this video! The notepad option helped me to recover my files. So, i went to start up settings - then chose command prompt and typed notepad. Once notepad opened, i selected "open" option there and navigated to C: drive to locate my files, then copied them manually to my usb flash drive. Now, they are safe there. Huge thanks!!!

Omg bless you and your mother. I was able to do a system restore by doing the power button thing. I was updating drivers and my power went out at the same time. Made my keyboard and mouse not work but it worked during bios. Thank you so much.

I did all the steps but then instead of opening blue tab it just goes from diagnosing your pc to repairing disk errors this might take over an hour to complete. Does anyone know how 2 fix this
