Sticky Strawberry Cake | Vit Kladdkaka

Have you ever tried a sticky cake made from white chocolate? This is a super easy and yummy recipe for a sticky strawberry cake. Perfect for the summer!

100 g butter / 3.5 oz - melt
Add:
100 g white chocolate / 3.5 oz
Stir until melted

Mix:
2 eggs
2 dl sugar / 0.8 cup
2.5 dl flour / 1 cup
2 tsp vanilla

Pour in a greased and lined tin (butter & flour). Size 25 cm / 10 inches

150 g strawberries / 5.3 oz - chopped
1 tbsp flour
Mix them and place on top of the cake

Leave in the oven for 20-25 min
170 C / 338 F
The shorter time in the oven the stickier

Cool the cake in the fridge
Serve with vanilla ice cream
