I've made many videos talking about how to wholesale, how to find contractors, everything. But for this video, I decided to give you the overall picture of everything you need.
To flip a house, there are five components that you need. You need a realtor, a title company, a contractor, the money, and the deal.
To find a realtor and a title company, you are going to want to join a real estate facebook group and ask for realtor and title company referrals. The third component is finding a contractor. Everything I said in regards to finding a realtor and a title company applies to finding a contractor. For a more in depth video on contractors, check out the video linked at the top of the description.
The next easiest component to find is money (believe it or not). There is more money in the world than there are deals! To get funding, you are going to want to do what I call "Hybrid Lending." Hybrid Lending is a mixture of hard money and private money. If you want more information on hard money lending, check out the video linked at the top of the description.
The final component is the actual real estate deal. This is by far the hardest to find. There are really only three ways to find a deal. Those ways are on the MLS, through wholesalers, and direct marketing. I don't recommend direct marketing for when you are starting out, but if you want to go ahead and do direct marketing, I linked a video to the top of the description that details exactly how to do so.
