To reason is to find justification
In the shadows of yesterday, in the fear of tomorrow.
We pull threads from the past, weave them with worry,
A tapestry of anxiety, imprisoning our minds.

But Jesus, He speaks of another way,
A path where grace lights the steps of our day.
"Follow me, " He says, "through each fleeting hour, "
And you shall not grow weary, as those without His power.

For when we focus on the now,
We feel the heartbeat of the present, loud and clear.
No longer chained to regrets, no longer held by fear,
We stand in the moment, free, at peace, right here.

The past, it fades, the future, unknown,
But in the now, we find we’re not alone.
With grace as our guide, we step, we breathe,
In this present moment, we truly believe.

So let go of reasoning, of justifying the pain,
Embrace the now, where His love reigns.
In the presence of Christ, anxiety falls away,
And we walk in His light, unburdened, today.
